Even though you have received your dormitory key as part of the starter student package, you cannot open or access the dorms in royale high campus 3 because it's still under development and will only be available to visit in the launch phase 6.

I logged onto rh today and went to my dorm to try and finish my dorm, but i noticed that my dorm key wasn't in my inventory due to the message in the video.

I went to the front office and i tried to ask poppy for one, but there was no option to do so.
